Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund. However earrings are non-returnable

You must notify us of your intention to return within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products, by contacting our customer service team on 0844 840 1230, who will arrange to send you a returns form and label.

Please have your order details available- these can be located on the dispatch note within your order.

Goods must be returned within 14 days from delivery. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
